I stopped by during my lunch break with a slow leaking tire. They worked me in right away, got me in and out fast, and actually repaired the tire, not just patched it. Total was $28. Fair, honest, and quick. Even when I had a small payment hiccup, they handled it with kindness and professionalism. That level of trust is rare. It's rare to find a shop this straightforward. They made a stressful thing easy.

Went in for an alignment and tire rotation for regular maintenance, unfortunately my car now pulls to right. I have to keep pressure on the wheel to keep it straight. I called to let them know and it was suggested to get new tires so I did but that didn’t seem to fix it. Waste of $115 and now I have to either deal with it or pay another $100+ to have someone look at it and align it. I do appreciate the gentleman being welcoming at the front desk.

TS&S saved me from replacing my yokohamas on my AWD vehicle. I had one tire with a nail and the dealer would not repair it and advised new tires. This shop got it fixed in about an hour for under $30 and offered me a very fair quote on new tires when the time comes - my serviceman recommended complete replacement in about 10k miles, so I was very happy to have a repaired tire and be back on the road. Very kind and honest people and will be back for tires again.
